Intake Session/Consultation/Diagnostic Evaluation (50-60 minutes): $150
Follow-Up Sessions (45-55 minutes): $120
*Scheduled phone consultations and teletherapy are billed directly to the client at the hourly rate. You will be charged a prorated fee by increments of 15 minutes. Teletherapy requires a minimum of 16 scheduled minutes.
*Letters of support (e.g., on behalf of a client to job/school) are a separate $50.00 fee.
I am a participating provider with CareFirst (BlueCross BlueShield), Cigna, and Johns Hopkins EHP (Employer Health Programs). Prior to scheduling an appointment, I will need to verify your insurance plan benefits. Please understand that while I am contracted as an in-network provider with these insurance companies, each insurance plan is different. Your benefits are contracted between you and your insurance company, and I do not have control over the benefits, deductibles, coverage, or fees associated with your specific plan. Your initial appointment will be confirmed after verification of the insurance benefits.

*For all other insurance companies/plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider. You may choose to request reimbursement through your insurance plan for out-of-network expenses; however, sometimes only a portion of the cost may be covered by your particular plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
In special circumstances, a reduced fee may be discussed with the therapist and is available on a limited case-by-case basis. The reduced rate is not available to clients utilizing insurance benefits.
Cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, FSA/HSA) are accepted for payment. All payments are due on the date of service, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance. Payments by credit card/FSA/HSA are processed via swipe, chip, or manual entry. Receipts are provided to self-pay clients for proof of payment. Receipts are also provided to clients who are requesting reimbursement for out-of-network or out-of-pocket expenses from their insurance plan and need to submit proof of payment documentation.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, you will be required to pay a missed appointment fee. Your fee will be charged to the credit card on file via manual entry, or swipe/chip during our next appointment. Cash or check will also be accepted for missed appointment fees if agreed upon during the intake session.
